KENDARI – The 2023 Government and Village Development Program (P3PD) training has been completed.
The government hopes the result of this training will produce village officials who are able to improve the welfare of their residents.
“I hope P3PD training can create smart, and innovative village which will impact the ability of village official to build collaboration between village,” said Acting Director General of Village Governance at the Ministry of Home Affairs, La Ode Ahmad P Bolombo at 2nd Regional P3PD Supervision and Control Workshop in Kendari on Friday (8/12).
According to La Ode, in the future, village heads must be able to collaborate with other villages. Because basically there are no villages can stand alone.
Apart from that, village officials will also be taught how to arrange regulations plan between village head.
In order to achieve maximum results, during P3PD training, village officials are invited to share experiences.
The aim is to extent understanding from training participants about the topic. Because P3PD training is really needed to develop villages.
Regional Development Directorate Ariawan Sutiarso hope the P3PD training concept will be documented to passed down for next generation.
Another note from P3PD monitoring results 2023 training is the enthusiasm and perception of participants is very positive.
For the next training in 2024, he continued, P3PD is expected to be able to use action plans and optimize the use of the 2024 Learning Management System (LMS).
Even so, the outcome of changes in behavior and capacity of village government still needs to be reviewed towards the end of loan implementation.
“Another option is to make P3PD become regular activity in provinces and districts with regulatory arrangements and sustainable funding,” he said.
