JAKARTA – The government will conduct a gradual Limited Release of the three initial products developed by INA Digital. Planned to take place in the 4th week of September 2024, the Phase 1 Limited Release (Alpha) will release INA Ku, INA Gov, and INA Pas applications as a new era of government digital transformation.
“This Limited Release is a new way of developing applications in the government. Previously, we may have been used to focusing too much on the launching event, rather than the readiness of the product to be used,” said Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Abdullah Azwar Anas after attending the Closed Meeting at the Presidential Palace, Tuesday (3/9).
INA Gov or the Government Administration Portal will interoperate state apparatus services, ranging from ASN profiles, ASN performance targets, ASN learning media, and promotion, transfer, and dismissal services.
Meanwhile, INA Pas or Integrated Digital Identity will spearhead the integration of systems and applications.
“For INA Ku or Public Service Portal, it will interoperate various education, health, social, population administration, and BPJS services,” he explained.
Anas said that the Phase 1 Limited Release (Alpha) will involve 10,000 ASNs on INA Gov and 40,000 users on INA Ku. The Phase 1 Limited Release introduces basic features to limited users to get feedback and initial identification.
Meanwhile, the Phase 2 Limited Release (Beta) will be expanded by involving 138 government institutions on INA Gov and more than 40,000 users on INA Ku. The released features will be more extensive for limited external users to minimize obstacles for feature improvement and refinement.
“In the final stage, the full release will be done for all users and openly. The version used will be more stable with features that continue to be expanded as needed,” he said.
Anas asked all ministries and institutions to support the implementation of the Limited Release Phase 1. The support includes preparing the integration of digital services in their respective institutions to be immediately connected to the Public Service Portal and the Government Administration Portal.
