MALANG – Each province in Indonesia must be able to simulate the implementation of Village Apparatus Training (PAD) in the Village Governance Strengthening and Developing Program (P3PD) a while ago.
This was said by the Director General (Dirjen) of Village Government Development (Bina Pemdes) of the Ministry of Home Affairs Eko Prasetyanto Purnomo Putro at the Regional Government Stakeholders Strengthening Meeting in Malang a while ago.
“Each province uses that time to simulate our various activities. Meanwhile, at the center, I have asked to speed up the training module so that there will be no empty trainers in the classroom,” said Eko.
He reminded that the training would be monitored because it was carried out simultaneously in 33,000 villages in 33 provinces with a total of 131,000 participants throughout Indonesia.
“Don’t let the loan we are paying for, ladies and gentlemen, be of no use,” he added.
So, what is the role of the province in implementing P3PD?
- Supervise and guide the administration of district/city government and village government in implementing P3PD
- Issue regional regulations that support the implementation and sustainability of P3PD
- Coordinate and implement village government capacity development, both conventional and based on digital platforms managed in the LMS (Learning Management System)
- Manage P3PD at the provincial level, including by allocating the Provincial Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for its operations
- Coordinate the implementation of all P3PD program actors in the Province
- Develop learning materials for village officials according to regional needs and characteristics
- Carry out technical guidance and capacity building activities for local government officials in the context of PKAD (Village Apparatus Capacity Development)
- Manage the LMS platform at the provincial level includes expanding network access and developing local content to be used as LMS content (NEWS ADVERTORIAL)
