The Directorate General of Bina Pemdes Receives Aspirations of the Suku Anak Dalam in Jambi

JAKARTA – In order to realize the Village Governance Strengthening and Developing Program (P3PD), the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Village Government Development (Bina Pemdes) of the Ministry of Home Affairs a while ago when visited Dusun Suku Anak Dalam in Nyogan Village, Meston Sub-District, Muaro Jambi District, Jambi.

The visit was carried out by the Facilitation Director for Community and Village Traditional Institutions, PKK, and Posyandu, Chaerul Dwi Sapta.

Representing the Director General (Dirjen) of Bina Pemdes Eko Prasetyanto Purnomo Putro, Chaerul’s arrival is a form of government presence to the village.

Chaerul who is also the Secretary of the CPMU P3PD discussed and listened to the aspirations of the Nyogan Village Government, Nyogan BPD, and the Suku Anak Dalam Community. 

He encouraged the Nyogan Village Government to continue to provide maximum service to the community.

He also said that he hopes Pemdes Nyogan can become an independent village that is able to improve the economy of the village community.

“The point of our visit here is to realize village independence. Nyogan Village can provide economic strengthening in the future,” said Chaerul.

“In implementing P3PD, it is hoped that the community and village apparatus can be independent, so that the quality of spending in this village will increase,” he continued.

Furthermore, Chaerul said that, through P3PD, the Ministry of Home Affairs would help strengthen village institutions and independence through a training program that would soon be implemented.

On the same occasion, the people of Nyogan Village also conveyed several important matters, especially those related to education, health and road infrastructure.

“There are a number of things that are needed from the people of Nyogan Village. Schools, roads, health,” said Chaerul.

“Now, we will try to communicate with relevant stakeholders, both with the district, provincial and ministry governments to be able to prioritize which ones are most needed for Nyogan Village,” he added.

At the end of the meeting, the Directorate General of Bina Pemdes also offered food assistance in the form of groceries to the village community. (NEWS ADVERTORIAL)
