Realising Integrated Indonesia, Three INA DIGITAL Innovation Products Start Limited Release

Must read

JAKARTA – The government began the First Phase Limited Release of INA DIGITAL products as part of the integration of Indonesian government digital services.

This limited release was conducted as a first step to gather input for further development.

The three products released on a limited basis are INApas, INAku and INAgov. INApas is an integrated digital identity service for convenient access to various government digital services.

INAku is a public service portal for easy access to various government digital services. Meanwhile, INAgov is a government administration portal that provides ASNs with efficient access to various government administration services.

Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Abdullah Azwar Anas said the moment was very historic and had been awaited by many parties.

“I think this is a happy day. The effort to integrate digital services has finally become a reality, although it has been a long process,” Anas said after the limited release of the first phase at the INA DIGITAL Hall, PERURI Jakarta, Monday (30/9).

This First Phase Limited Release is the initial foundation for accelerating digital transformation in providing efficient and practical services for ASN and the community.

“Why is it limited? Because we have learnt from digital industry practices that take a similar approach,” he said.

With this step, the government hopes to promote learning in the next phase and produce higher quality products.

He said that the government’s digital transformation efforts are public services that have an impact on society.

“The INA DIGITAL products we release must ultimately have an impact on the people,” he said.

This move is part of the Government of Indonesia’s efforts to implement an integrated national e-government system (SPBE) in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 82/2023.

On the same occasion, Deputy Minister of Communication and Information Nezar Patria said that this limited release is a stepping stone for the progress of the country’s bureaucracy.

“With this limited release, our bureaucracy will experience a leap in public services, namely we are starting to use a digital platform,” he explained.
