SENTUL – 33 provinces have successfully implemented the Government Strengthening and Village Development (P3PD) Training Program in 33 Provinces.
The success of this education and training program for village administrators was conveyed directly by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Village Government Development (Pemdes) of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Paudah when closing the P3PD Supervision and Control Workshop in Sentul, Bogor, Tuesday (21/11).
“I realized that the success of P3PD training certainly cannot be separated from the hard work of the parties involved, especially the provincial government, district government and village government as well as the support of experts, namely regional management consultants (RMC) and professional assistant staff in each province who are working partners, so that P3PD training in 33 provinces runs smoothly,” said Paudah.
Until now, only 1 province remains that has not completed P3PD training in Indonesia. It is East Nusa Tenggara Timur because located in rural area.
However, the Ministry of Home Affairs is targeting this training must be completed in the first week of December 2023.
According to Paudah, Implementing P3PD training is not easy. However, She hopes in 2024 this programme can still continue.
Learning Management System (LMS) will become modules part of P3PD in 2024.
To adjust the system, Paudah hope they who will involved as Regional Management Consultant (RMC) team can supervise the participant later.
