GovTech Indonesia, called INA Digital, is part of state-owned Peruri. The entity is tasked with coordinating the integration of government digital services that have been separated in thousands of applications belonging to ministries/agencies and regional governments.

One of the reported progresses of INA Digital is the development of the State Apparatus (ASN) application which has entered trials with more than 6,500 ASNs and will gradually be used by all ASNs in the future.

Minister Anas also proposed several solutions and priorities to address contractual issues, technical readiness, and public expectations ahead of INA Digital’s initial service launch in September 2024.

The main focus in the launch is the emphasis on superior features that make it easier for the public. Feature release will be done in stages after September 2024 according to the readiness of each ministry/agency.

INA Digital is expected to strengthen the team’s capabilities for accelerated implementation.

“This Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) will be a reinforcement and will be a milestone for the government and for Indonesia,” he added.

On the other hand, the Ministry of Finance plays a role in preparing the budget for the launch.

“We will look at the details in the Ministry of Finance. This is one of the game changers for our electronic-based government in the future,” explained Deputy Minister of Finance I Suahasil Nazara on the same occasion.
