P3PD is a government program to support the implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which is structurally overseen by several ministries and institutions.
In order for a village to become advanced and prosperous, Eko continued, several programs must be implemented within it, including strengthening human resources at the central, provincial, district/city, sub-district and village levels.
In addition, strengthening village authority, strengthening village institutions, strengthening village finances, and strengthening guidance and supervision by the Ministry of Home Affairs must also be carried out.
“Villages are required to have the capacity to strengthen their governance and development in an effort to encourage independence, strengthen their authority and improve community welfare in a sustainable manner,” he concluded.(NEWS ADVERTORIAL)
