To improve coordination and collaboration between government agencies, in addition to digital support, a new pattern of work is also carried out through the implementation of shared offices.
It means that there will be several government agencies (between related ministries/agencies) in one office building or even the same floor.
This “shared office” scheme prioritizes connectivity between ministries/agencies in the form of physical connectivity (buildings) and digital connectivity supported by a smart office model.
“The shared office concept is carried out to support the transformation of changes in the way of working through flexible working arrangements with informal and digital-based workspaces,” he concluded.
