He said that AASN is a form of appreciation to ASN for outstanding achievements and performance. For him, the performance will be seen if the impact can be felt by the work unit, agency, and surrounding community.

“So that those selected here are not only good in terms of administration but must have an impact and benefit the agency and its surroundings,” added the former Head of LKPP.

During the event, Deputy Minister of Trade Jerry Sambuaga said that digitalisation is an absolute must. Therefore, leaders who have digital expertise and can develop the potential of the surrounding community are needed.

“What we do for the community will have an impact. We have to maximize what we can do. Don’t be complacent, let’s dig deeper into our potential,” he said in the Inspirational Session at the bootcamp.

In line with Sambuaga, Dudi Arisandi, Chief People Officer at Tiket.com, said that the individuals selected in this event are part of the top talent. For him, there are at least five attributes that signify that someone is a top talent.

“Top talents are those whose performance can be clearly seen and felt. Those who are top talents are those who have a result-oriented mindset, innovation, discipline, collaboration skills, and adaptation,” he concluded.

In addition to listening to the presentation of knowledge and experience from two speakers, AASN participants also underwent visitation to Bank Mandiri, GoTo, and Bank Indonesia.

At banking institutions and technology companies, participants conducted office tours and learnt about work cultures that are adaptive to technological advances and the challenges of human resource development.
